| Comment: | Hi – ... I have been meaning to write to you all for some time (every time I get a motor pool car) to thank you for the work that you do. Every encounter I have had with the motor pool has been friendly, efficient, courteous and timely. Your staff are well-trained, can answer questions, and volunteer useful information. Your system is easy-to-use and clear, and I have always found the cars to be in good shape, clean, and everything where it should be! Pick up and drop-off is simple and convenient. All in all, it is always a pleasure to deal with the motor pool, and I am always confident that you will have the answers I need and be prepared to get me on my way quickly and cheerfully.
