| Comment: | Ms. Bronson, I am writing to let you know how impressed I was with the wonderful service I received from Mr. Lommers. I had put in a request for some technical equipment for a library classroom and Mr. Lommers informed me that I needed one other bid because the order was just over $5,000. Mr. Lommers not only gave me the name of another company that the University uses to purchase technical equipment; he took the extra step to contact the company for a bid. I was traveling on University business at that time and my project would have been delayed by at least a week if Mr. Lommers had not stepped up and taken that extra step.
